HOW CAN I MAKE A REFUND / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
You can send the products purchased through Dolide.com for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
We stand behind our products in every problem caused by us. After you start the return/exchange process via Dolide.com, all you need to do is to deliver the product (s) to the cargo company we have contracted with, together with the packaging and invoice, with the return or exchange code you will receive from us.
When we receive the returned products, the products will be checked, and if the product has reached us in accordance with the conditions, your payment will be returned to you using the method you used during the purchase process.
WHEN WILL THE REFUND OF THE PRODUCTS I RETURNED BE MADE?
Your refund will be made as soon as your request for refund to the bank you paid from is approved. The reflection of the refund made on your card or account may vary depending on the period determined by your bank. This period is maximum 2 working days for credit cards and 8 working days for debit cards.
